Fees adapted to your situation and business activity

EXILAE Avocats is committed to building and maintaining a relationship of trust with its clients.

This trust implies the strict application of deontological principles which govern the legal profession and the daily application of a demanding ethic.

The Law of 31st December 1971 establishes the principle that, in addition to the freedom to set fees, there must be a perfect agreement with the client on the terms and conditions.

This perfect agreement requires a precise, educational, transparent and prior explanation of the invoicing methods to be applied by the lawyer, so that the client subscribes with full knowledge of the facts.

The signing of a fee agreement which clearly sets out the agreement reached further facilitates the relationship of trust and secures the relationship between the lawyer and his/her client.

The applicable hourly rate and the invoicing terms are set out in the agreement.

The issue of a detailed invoice offers an additional guarantee to the client by enabling him to assess the exact scope of the services provided.

The daily concern for information and transparency is the guarantee of an accurate and honest invoicing.
